Returns
We don't do returns, only exchanges, and ONLY if there was an error on OUR part during processing. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in an unused/unworn condition. It must also be in the original packaging.
We have the right to refuse your return if we felt the item is not in the condition it was sent to you in. If your returned item is rejected when it arrives to us then we will send it back to you.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@iwanttobenaked.com
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
